پرسشنامه فوق در خصوص موضوع پژوهشی با عنوان “ شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر تسهیل تجارت قانونی” است. با توجه به لزوم استفاده از دیدگاه ها و نظرات خبرگان بر آن شدیم تا با طراحی پرسشنامه ای که در ادامه مشاهده خواهید نمود، تا حد امکان بر دقت و قوت کار بیافزاییم. امید است که با ارائه پاسخ های مناسب، شاهد نتایج مطلوب در این پژوهش باشیم.
هدف از طراحی این پرسشنامه تعیین میزان اهمیت عوامل موثر در تسهیل تجارت است. با توجه به اینکه در این پرسشنامه نمره ۱ بیانگر کمترین اهمیت و نمره ۷ بیانگر بیشترین میزان اهمیت است، لذا برای نشان دادن میزان اهمیت هر کدام از موانع ذکر شده در پرسشنامه، آن عامل را مستقل از سایر عوامل مورد بررسی قرار داده و نمره ای را بین ۱ تا ۷ به آن اختصاص دهید.
